Answers to the most important questions about our repair prices.

Yes! All our flat rates already include labour and spare parts. So you receive a single transparent invoice with no hidden extra costs. Exceptions for particularly rare or expensive spare parts are always agreed with you in advance.

No problem. If a repair is not technically worthwhile or the costs exceed the value of the device, we will inform you proactively. In this case only the inspection fee applies (39.99 € or 49.99 € for fully automatic coffee machines). You will of course get your device back.

The repair time depends on the type of device and the defect. As a rule we can repair and return most devices within 5–10 working days after receipt. You can check your repair status online at any time.

Yes – we grant 3 months warranty on the work performed for all repairs carried out. If the same defect occurs again within this period, we will take care of it at no additional cost.

First register your device using our online form. You will then receive all further information about secure packaging and shipping by email. Please pack the device if possible in its original packaging or carefully padded in a sturdy box.
